Paper Dress
I am keen on supporting charities through my work, and decided to support Amnesty International as they fight for basic human rights.
This costume became part of an overall fundraising scheme to bring awareness to this amazing charity and the work they do.
I experimented with different construction methods and folding techniques to create a partially fitted bodice, volumized skirt and umbrella. The logo print was co-designed and printed by myself and Holly O’Meara, a local fine artist.
